Injection Mould

Injection mould is an essential manufacturing tool to produce plastic products; By using injection mould, we can get plastic products with desired structure and precise dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method used in mass production of complex parts of certain shapes. Specifically, when injection molding process, the melted plastic material is injected into the cavity of a mold by the high pressure of the injection molding machine, and it cools and solidifies, the molded parts is finally come out.

Since the plastic part structure might vary a lot for different product. The injection mould strcture are also quite different. However the injection moulds can mainly consists of two different sides(core side and cavity side). For interior mold systems, it can be divided into:

  • Parting System
  • Injection Gate System
  • Molding System
  • Cooling System
  • Ejection System
