Although we are just a plastic injection molding manufacturer, but we have enough resource and capabilities to custom-manufacture and assemble some simple mechanical & electronic products. We work from parts manufacturing, assembly, test, packaging, and logistic service for worldwide clients.
Most of time, we do custom mold making, injection molding, CNC machining parts, and product assembly in house, and work for our local partner for metal stamping, casting, as well as outsourcing PCB design, SMT, and electronic components manufacturing.
Since our expertise is at mechanical design and manufacturing, we encourage customer to send electronic components to us to assemble the whole products in case there is a full product manufacturing and assembly request.
At present, our assembly department is grouped with 15 assembly workers and 3 QC inspectors. We take strict quality inspection for both material and assembly process. Ensure our customer will received 100% workable products from us.
When we take over a project from our clients, we will check out carefully on customer’s design and see if there is any improvement needed for manufacturing. Most of time, we found the design drawing needs to be refined for injection molding and assembly. And we will provide DFM report with improvement solutions
Whatever how perfect a design might be, we always perform a prototyping process to verify and refine the target design work. In this process, we can mostly avoid design mistake or imperfection that might cause a function failure, cost increase, or lead-time delay. Especially for some engineering change, it’s quite meaningful to make prototypes for verification.
After every design work is finalized, it’s the time to start the mould making process for both plastic mould and metal mold tooling. Since we are injection mould manufacturer, we make plastic mold in-house, and out-source metal mold. Normally a simple or middle complexity plastic mold making takes about 20~25 days, a metal die casting mold takes about 25~30 days, and a metal stamping mold takes about 15~20 days.
It’s time to get plastic parts, metal parts, and electronic parts collected when the mold making process is completed. And get all of them inspected by dimensional, cosmetic, and fitting test. Making sure every components are inside of our specification.
Prior to kicking off a formal production. Our chief product designer will hold a production meeting internally to train our manufacturing engineers, technicians, operation leaders, and QC inspectors, so that our core team will totally understand our product specification and quality criteria. Meanwhile, each operator are well-trained before they are sent to production position.
We take strict quality inspection for our products including incoming material, process, assembly, and packed products. Making sure our end user will receive the top quality products from us. If any manufacturing deviation found, we will correct them immediately.
